This week we are getting out of our comfort zone, leaving the world of hot sauces for a moment, to get into a wild territory; Hurt Berry Farm’s hot pepper derived products.
Starting with a local classic from Québec, maple syrup! To expand our horizons, we follow up with berry jam. To conclude, I get a spoonful of honey. All being a savory balance between sweet and spicy.
