This week I’m getting some hot sauces from the local conscious company Hurt Berry Farm located in Ontario on my taste buds.
Surprisingly good, we’ll be discovering three different sauces, starting with a first timer for me; a smoky molé type sauce.

Following strong, a far east inspired sauce, well balanced between heat and flavour despite my dislike for anis star.
The last, but not the least spicy, a limited edition verde sauce with floral aromatics but leaving plenty of space for heat.
